My journey began during my early years, accompanying my father to the factory on weekends, spending hours either in the Microbiology Lab, captivated by microorganisms under the microscope or on the production floor, wearing an oversized coat and boots. I’ve been fortunate to witness our company’s growth from a unique perspective: my father’s unwavering passion and dedication, shaping the company with his visionary ideas. I couldn’t help but dream of contributing to our legacy one day.
In 2020, after graduating from the University of British Columbia, I joined the family business, leading an exciting project centered around frozen seafood delicacies. What fuels my passion for this mission is my own personal experience. As a student, I struggled to find meals that were both easy on the pocket and offered the genuine taste of home-cooked dishes. As someone who loves seafood, I also faced the challenges of finding seafood that’s both affordable and of high quality. Simultaneously, I watched people struggling with cooking seafood at home, often opting for chicken or beef due to their ease of preparation. This connection to the struggles faced by not only students but also busy individuals who barely have time to cook drives my passion and dedication to this project.
And so, with the legacy of my family as my guiding light, I’m wholeheartedly committed to bringing the convenience and delicious authenticity of our seafood offerings to your table, ensuring that everyone can savor the joy of extraordinary seafood, just as I did when I, too, first fell in love with it.
